Well.
This is my very 1st Christmas without my family.
Without tons of people around.
Without anyone to eat "Santa's Cookies"

Boo.

As sad as that may seem
Technology has been good to me this year.
Skype quickly became my best friend throughout deployment.

We never seem to skip a beat though.
The tree is up, stock full of presents underneath
The cookies are baked
And the kids are excited!!

Although I'm without my family (except my kids) this year
That's okay.
I know my family's sacrifice is for a greater cause.
I have nothing to complain about.
David is safe in Afghanistan and all the rest of my family is healthy.

And that's the best!

So tomorrow while everyone is tearing into presents
And drinking egg nog
A single candle will be lit in my house
For our missing family member

My only Christmas wish
... his safe return ...

Hello friends!
I am excited to share my  j o y  with you all!
There is only three weeks left in 2010
Although I don't believe just because the year changes, life changes
I believe you can change things in your life at any point and time if you have the desire.
Not just because its the start of a new year.

... However ...

2011 promises to be a good one for me and my family <3
I'm going to get my Master's in Esthetics .. finally!
(I want to do botox on wrinkly people)
My deployed husband will be coming home
I get to TRAVEL to Ohio && Texas
And hopefully end up living back on the east coast by the end of it all.

I'm really excited for the Holidays to be over!
January is the month I attempt to get back in shape and
work off all the holiday blubber
I'm a little bit more chub chub and curvy than other women my age
but I rather like having all the curves.
What I really am focused on is feeling better and being more healthy.
Not so much being skinner.

What I'm most excited about is going all out for

my photography!

I'm finally going to be able to get all the lighting and backdrops
I will need for a full studio!
I don't really know too many photographers that interested in doing
the type of photography I do which is sexy glamor.

It is so fun to me to help a woman look and feel sexy
and gain enough confidence to get in front of the camera,
let loose and take some amazing pictures for a man she loves!


I think that is one of the greatest presents a woman can give a man she loves <3

Nothing I do with my life is ordinary or "normal"
I'm off beat and I love it that way.

As a person I would like to say I'm very independant.
I don't really like to rely on people for anything because
ultimately everyone lets me down at some point.

However, I never mind giving a helping hand
especially to the ones I love.
In fact .. its one of the things I do best.

I would give up everything I could to help
someone in need.
That is what God ask of us.

But I'm sorry ..

Seems like far too many people have
Mistaken my kindness for weakness

Anyone close to me can tell you ..
I'm one of the strongest women they know.
I've been though some things in my short life.

I have no regrets because I know
its all apart of THE PLAN.

Do not think I will allow you to take advantage of me
Because karma doesn't miss.
